Equi-N-icE Bandage Equi-N-icE Bandage
Ever been out hunting, eventing, riding X country or your horse had a kick and come in stiff?
Then Equi-N-icE is just the thing!
Cold and compression is the most effective way of treating inflamation, swelling and bruising of muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Equi-N-icE is made from a special cotton bandage which has its own natural elasticity; impregnated with a special coolling fluid.
It is ready to use, no special preparation, no refridgeration or freezing!
It is non-toxic, and with no lasting odours.
The product acts by rapid evaporation giving the effect of a coolling skin balm which keeps the skin cool long after the bandage has been removed.
These bandages are unique in the way they work, they draw heat away as opposed to driving cold in. The bandages reduce the temperature by 15 degrees centigrade in 15 minutes and stay cold for 2-3 hours, 6 times longer than traditional treatments. They should be applied for a minimum of 20 minutes. After which they should be returned immediately to their re-sealable bag.
When they do eventually dry out, machine wash them, line dry and pop them in an air tight container (large jam jar, kilner jar etc) and top up with the special coolant to bring them back to life!
These bandages are a must for your horses medical kit.
